A versatile nutrient

I recommend it, for its versatility in the multiple chemical reactions in which it influences, especially if you lead an active life and you are an athlete, it can be optimal an extra supply of magnesium that can give you a healthy diet. In this case, being bisglycinate it has some differences with citrate in terms of properties which I will not go into in depth (they are somewhat different), finding it in powder form has been exceptional. Of course, it has a slight flavor unlike citrate which is totally tasteless.

Lo recomiendo, por su versatilidad en las múltiples reacciones químicas en las que influye, más si llevas una vida activa y eres deportista, puede ser óptimo un aporte extra de magnesio al que te puede dar una dieta sana. En este caso, siendo bisglicinato tiene algunas diferencias con el citrato en tema propiedades las cuales no voy a profundizar (son algo diferentes), encontrarlo en formato polvo ha sido excepcional. Eso sí, tiene un ligero sabor al contrario al citrato que es totalmente insípido.

I usually consume magnesium citrate and I decided to try magnesium bisglycinate because it is said to be better absorbed, but I have not noticed any difference with respect to citrate nor do I notice that it is more effective.

It dissolves much better than citrate, I take it to help me sleep better. I notice that it is less difficult for me to fall asleep. The taste is quite unpleasant, but if you mix it with a drink it is camouflaged, for me it is better that way because I make sure it has no additives.

The powdered product is good but it is too early to give an opinion on its effects, these are seen in the medium term, at least. What is quick to see is its salty taste it has but I prefer that to added sugar or artificial flavorings.
