Magnesium bisglycinate powder is one of the best forms of magnesium I have tried. It dissolves well, has a neutral taste and does not cause intestinal discomfort like other variants. I take it at night and notice better rest and less cramps. Very good option to maintain good magnesium levels.

The best magnesium
I started trying citrate but switched to bisglycinate and the results were not long in coming due to its greater absorption. I sleep better, more rested and with less anxiety and nerves.

It does not indicate the taste although it is unpleasant and particular, I am looking for a neutral taste. I do not recommend this flavor.

Perfect I will buy it again
I have been taking it for a week now and the truth is that it is noticeable. I sleep more soundly and I have forgotten about the night cramps I used to have from time to time. The powder format is great because I can adjust the amount depending on the day. It doesn't taste weird and doesn't upset my stomach. Very happy with my purchase.

The taste of this is slightly salty. In fact it reminds me a bit of drinking baking soda with water. Better not to mix it with other things or take it hot because it tastes much worse.
