Excellent supplement without additives
I have been supplementing with magnesium bisglycinate for a long time but always in capsules. Now that I found this one in powder form without additives it is great, I dissolve it with any liquid and it is phenomenal. I only take it once a day in the morning. The only thing I see is that this powder in particular with this format of bag the hermetic seal is a little blocked.
Desde hace tiempo que me suplemento con bisglicinato de magnesio pero siempre en cápsulas. Ahora que encontré este en polvo sin aditivos es genial lo disuelvo con cualquier líquido y fenomenal. Yo solo lo tomo una vez al día por las mañanas. Lo único que veo es que este polvo en concreto con este formato de bolsa el cierre hermético se queda un poco bloqueado.

Every consumer of magnesium knows that this type has an unpleasant taste but as it is one of the best used, that is why we consume it. Todo consumidor de magnesio sabe que este tipo tiene un sabor desagradable pero como es de los que mejor se aprovecha pues por ello lo consumimos. Aun es pronto para ver el efecto que en mi caso es para dormir mas profundo. No mezcla bien en agua pero es normal que sea así, lo revuelvo y de un golpe lo trago. El mal sabor solo dura unos cuantos segundos.
