I bought it to improve the quality of my sleep, and after a few weeks I didn't notice much of a difference. The taste is pretty bad, you have to mix it with a juice or something, it's horrible on its own. Capsules would be a better option.
Comprei para melhorar a qualidade do sono, ao fim de algumas semanas não notei grande diferença. Em termos de sabor é bastante mau, tem de ser misturado com um sumo ou algo do género, por si só é horrível. As cápsulas seriam uma melhor opção.
