Very complete

I have PCOS and my period used to come every other month. Since I started taking it, I haven't missed it (5 months). My skin is also less oily. I've been looking for a product with this 40:1 ratio which is the most effective and scientifically proven. I recommend it :)

Wonderful
I started taking these pills, four a day, on October 18. A week later and I got my period, and it has come again now, 31 day cycles, but it is coming. It has done what my body had only been able to do with OCs, I am thrilled after 17 years of taking OCs with PCOS, I have my period without medication. I wish I had discovered it sooner, I am thrilled.
Empecé a tomar estas pastillas, cuatro al día, el 18 de octubre. A la semana y tuve la regla, y ha vuelto a venir ahora otra vez, ciclos de 31 días, pero viene. Ha conseguido lo que mi cuerpo solo había conseguido con AO, estoy encantada tras 17 años tomando AO con SOP, tengo la regla sin medicamentos. Ojalá lo hubiera descubierto antes, estoy encantada.

Effective and convenient
I have PCOS and I have been taking this supplement for 2 months. I have not noticed any effect yet in the regulation of menstruation but I have noticed that my hyperandrogenism has disappeared (in my blood work and therefore in my symptoms). Regarding berberine, its effect is amazing, I have type 1 diabetes and I have lowered the insulin ratio to half the dose I used to inject before (and I did not have insulin resistance). Very convenient presentation in pills and bottle.
Tengo SOP y llevo 2 meses tomando este suplemento. No he notado efecto aún en la regulación de la menstruación pero sí en que el hiperandrógenismo me ha desparecido (en analítica y por lo tanto en síntomas). Respecto a la berberina, una pasada su efecto, tengo diabetes tipo 1 y he bajado el ratio de insulina a la mitad de la dosis que me inyectaba antes (y no tenía resistencia a la insulina). Muy cómoda la presentación en pastillas y bote.
