I have had PCOS for 8 years and until now I had not found a supplement with such a good quality-price ratio. The format of intake is much more convenient in pill form than in powder form, especially when you travel. The improvements I have noticed are: regulation of the menstrual cycle, improvement of pain during menstruation, appetite throughout the menstrual cycle (sometimes I was very hungry and could not get enough), mood. Tengo SOP desde hace 8 años y hasta ahora no había encontrado un suplemento con tan buena relación calidad-precio. El formato de la ingesta, es mucho más cómodo en pastilla que en polvo, sobretodo cuando viajas. Las mejorías que he notado son: regulación del ciclo menstrual, mejora del dolor durante la regla, el apetito durante todo el ciclo menstrual (a veces tenía mucho hambre y no llegaba a saciarme), el humor. Con respecto al vello facial y corporal no he notado muchos cambios pero solo llevo 3 meses. Con respecto a la analítica aún no me he hecho ninguna como para saber si ha habido cambios, pero cambiando los síntomas supongo que algo habrá cambiado. Sin duda voy a seguir tomándolo.
