I had been thinking about trying them for some time and I finally decided to do it after 3 months without a period and nothing I took had any effect. After a week, my period has come down and I notice that I feel better in my mood, so I guess they have an effect and regulate the hormones, so I will buy them again and I hope that next month, I will be more regular.

I bought this supplement, without any expectations because I have tried other brands and did not notice anything, however I am very very surprised. From the second day of taking it I noticed effects, in my case as a result of a chronic disease I have a lot of abdominal swelling, and really with this supplement has lowered me a lot. I AM VERY CONTENT, of course I will buy them again. They have no taste and are taken perfectly because of their size.
