I have PCOS and Hashimoto's and this supplement is perfect. In addition to Inositol it has Berberine, Folic Acid, various vitamins and Selenium. It is very complete and it supplies the daily amounts recommended by several studies. In a couple of months of taking it my cycle is regulating and I feel infinitely better. A 10.

A friend recommended it to me some time ago and I have been taking it for two years now and it works great. When I don't take it for a while, I notice that my PCOS symptoms return. I alternate it at times with the powdered version because it is cheaper.

I couldn't be happier with this product. My premenstrual syndromes have improved tremendously and the pain I used to have during my period has gone down a lot. I recommend this product to all those women with painful periods and acute premenstrual syndromes.

I take inositol for my PCOS and endometriosis and this particular one is super complete for containing, beyond Inositol, berberine and minerals. My period pain has decreased considerably.
