I have the beginnings of polycystic ovary in one ovary, and that makes me have very irregular and painful gifts, after trying this it helps me a lot, I wish that within the same dose there was more quantity so I don't have to take 4 pills a day, but I'm happy.

I have been taking it for more than a year now, and the results are there: more regular cycle and almost nonexistent PMS. The addition of berberine gives it a boost and it can regulate blood sugar as well. To date it is the best supplement I have ever tried.
Lo assumo ormai da più di un anno e i risultati ci sono: ciclo più regolare e sindrome premestruale quasi inesistente. L'aggiunta delle berberina gli dà una marcia in più e riesce a regolare anche la glicemia. Ad ora è il miglior integratore che abbia mai provato.

In just one month of taking it I got my first natural period. I have PCOS with amenorrhea and have been taking ACs since I was 16 years old. I never got my period as a child. With one month of taking PCOS I have achieved it and I have noticed an improvement in my acne. I did reduce to two capsules a day in the middle of the month because it made me sick to my stomach, but with 2 capsules it was perfect. I highly recommend it.
En tan solo un mes tomándolo he conseguido mi primera regla natural. Tengo SOP con amenorrea y llevo con ACs desde los 16 años. Nunca me bajo la regla de niña. Con un mes tomando PCOS lo he conseguido y he notado mejora en el acné. Eso sí, a mitad de mes reduje a dos capsulas al día porque me sentaba mal al estomago pero con 2 perfecto. Súper recomendable.

After 3 months of taking it, today I finally got my period, 30 days since the last cycle, the previous cycle was 47 days and the others more than 60 days without a period. In my experience, taking 4 capsules a day works. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and it worked for me! Regular taste and smell.
Lo compré por probar ya que he probado varias cosas y no me ayudaba a que mis ciclos se regularan. Tras 3 meses tomándolo, hoy por fin me a venido la regla ,30 días desde el último ciclo .El anterior ciclo fue de 47 días los otros más de 60 días sin regla. Bajo mi experiencia, tomando 4 cápsulas al día, funciona. Tengo síndrome de ovarios poliquísticos y me ha funcionado! Sabor y olor regular.

Works to decrease sugar cravings
I noticed benefits in decreasing sugar cravings, the cycle was on time and without great pain .I did not have immoderate hunger in the days before the cycle as happened before trying this product. i would say it works !!!
