It helps improve vitamin D levels, especially in winter. I switched to a 4000 dose because I hardly get any sun.

Perfect for spring and summer
I have been taking vitamin D3 4000 IU in the winter and have switched to taking 2000 IU in the spring and summer. I have managed to get my vitamin D3 levels up and now I want to maintain that value, but not stop taking it. Although I am more exposed to the sun in summer, I always wear sunscreen 50 and I need to keep taking it to avoid having a deficit of this vitamin.
He estado tomando vitamina D3 4000 UI en invierno y he pasado a tomar 2000 UI en primavera y verano. He conseguido que suban mis niveles de vitamina D3 y ahora quiero mantener ese valor, pero sin dejar de tomarla. Aunque en verano estoy más expuesta al sol, siempre llevo protección solar 50 y necesito seguir tomándola para evitar tener déficit de esta vitamina.
