Good presentation and economical price
I recommend these vitamins d3 because the concentration is algae, the capsules are small and easy to swallow and you have to take them every other day. As for the results, I can't see anything but they may help my body function better in the absence of sunlight since I don't spend time in the sun.
Recomiedo estas vitamknas d3 ya que la confentracion es alga, las capsulas pequeñas y faciles de tragar y hay que tomarlas una dia si uno no.
En cuanto a los resultados yo no puedo apreciar nada pero puede que ayuden a que mi cuerpo funcione mejor ante la falta de toma de sol ya que no paso tiempo a la luz solar.

Very pleased
I have been taking vitamin D for a couple of years, seasonally, now in the fall, winter and spring. I like this 5000 IU presentation because I prefer the routine of taking it daily instead of weekly, which is easier to forget. The pearls are very small and easy to swallow.

Good absorption
In winter my vitamin D levels are always low so I need a supplement that is well absorbed and with a sufficient amount of vitamin, which is not usually the case. Good value for money.
