Pearls format
In the past, I have been consuming vitamin D3 and K2 together, marketed by HSN in capsule format. This time I have preferred to buy them separately, which, although less practical, is more effective. I choose the pearl format because vitamin D3 needs to be consumed with some healthy fat (in this case flax oil). I will probably buy the liposovit formula next time.
Anteriormente vengo consumiendo la vitamina D3 y K2 conjunta que comercializa HSN en formato cápsulas. Esta vez he preferido optar por comprarlas por separado, que aunque sea menos práctico es más eficaz. Me decanto en formato perla por que la vit D3 precisa ser consumida con alguna grasa saludable (en este caso el aceite de lino). Probablemente la siguiente vez compre la formula liposovit.
