Good supplement
Comes in small capsules, easy to take. Good value for money, very necessary for vegan diets but even if you eat meat but not much beef and only chicken you are likely to be deficient in this vitamin. There is no problem in supplementing as it is eliminated in the urine if there is excess and the risks of having it low are very great.
Viene en cápsulas pequeñas, fácil de tomar. Buena relación calidad-precio, muy necesario para dietas veganas pero incluso si comes carne pero no mucha ternera y solo pollo es probable que tengas déficit de esta vitamina. No hay problema en suplementarse ya que se elimina en la orina si hay exceso y los riesgos de tenerla baja son muy grandes.
