Always having low vitamin D levels is great for me. It helps me a lot and on top of that it is easy to take and now I have normal vitamin D levels.

I take it in non-summer time, to have that extra vitamin D intake. Very easy to ingest and tasteless.

Extra in winter

I buy it to take it during the winter, because when you go with long sleeves and long pants, you are not exposed to the sun. It seems to me a good amount for this, since others that bring more I see them better for a deficit. With the amount it contains, I can endure the 3 months of less sun and in spring I stop taking it.

Yo la compro para tomarla durante el invierno, ya que al ir con manga larga y pantalón largo, no te expones al sol apenas. Me parece una cantidad buena para esto, ya que otras que traen más las veo mejor para un déficit. Con la cantidad que trae, aguanto los 3 meses de menos sol y ya en primavera dejo de tomarla.
