I have a vitamin D deficiency and for me it is a very necessary basic. If I stop taking it, I even notice a drop in my mood. I like the fact that it contains linseed oil in the formulation because it is not necessary to take another fat at the same time as the tablet, since vitamin D is fat-soluble. Tengo déficit de vitamina D y para mí es un básico muy necesario. Si dejo de tomarla observo inclusive un decaimiento en el estado anímico. Me gusta que traiga aceite de lino en la formulación porque así no es necesario tomar otra grasa a la vez que la pastilla, puesto que la vitamina D es liposoluble. Sin sabor y fácil de tomar.
