Effective but I like the hsn one better.
It does what is expected, it is not particularly expensive. If I take two I'm likely to have some nightmares. I like the HSN delayed release one best because it helps me sleep more hours at a time.

Very low dose per capsule
I bought this one because the 4.7g I use was out of stock. This one is uncomfortable for me because I have to take 4 and in the end I have to drink a lot of water before going to sleep.
