Simple

One capsule of melatonin without herbal extracts or anything else. I think that even taking two does not help me to fall asleep. I will not repeat.

I do not ask for more

I tried HSN Essentials melatonin and what a marvel, this has nothing to do with it. Even taking 3 and 4 capsules, it has no effect at all. I will not buy it again, I will switch to HSN.

Probé la melatonina de HSN Essentials y menuda maravilla, esta no tiene nada que ver. Aun tomando 3 y 4 cápsulas, no me hace nada de efecto. No vuelvo a comprarla, me paso a la de HSN.

Good value for money

I bought it because it had a good price. The first day I took only one but it is not enough for me so I decided to take two capsules and the truth is that it has worked for me.
