I hesitate

Irregular cycles and acne

I bought the 150 gram orange flavored one to try and I am happy with it although I would prefer it to be unflavored as I feel it doesn't agree with me. I suffer from hormonal acne and have noticed a lot of improvement and my menstrual cycles are more regular. I will try another flavor and see how it goes.

Results in 2 months

I saw results in my first month and it's already showing in the second month, I have hormonal and fungal acne, with the help of my skincare and the pcos complex powder I have improved a lot! I suffered a lot when the stock ran out as I was taking it every day but I already ordered it again and still my face remains the same, super delighted. I wish they would add reusable containers to refill and recycle from the sachet.

Effective and very tasty

Solution for sop and irregular cycles

The gynecologist prescribed contraceptives because he said it was the only solution to regulate menstruation with PCOS. After getting informed I decided to buy this complex. I take it in orange and fresh in the morning at breakfast and, although it tastes a bit artificial, it was good. The thing is that it regulated my menstrual cycle perfectly and I stopped taking contraceptives.

Help for hormone regulation
