Very fine texture and very well floury.
My caramel flavor, and is that the problem is that this very good I like the taste too much and make pankakes as I add it in my protein shakes as sources of carbs also, I like it a lot, is that sometimes I include it in the post workout and that gives me that plus anabolic so this very well, maybe I will buy another flavor in the siguiete basket, but above contains more protein than others.
Mi sabor caramelo, y es que el problema es que esta muy buena me gusta demasiado el sabor y hago pankakes como la añado en mis batidos proteicos como fuentes de carbs tambien, me gusta mucho, es que a veces la incluyo en el post entreno y eso me da ese plus anabólico por lo que esta muy bien, tal vez vuelva a comprar otro sabor en la siguiete cesta, pero encima contiene mas proteina que otras.

Chocolate flavor. It's a fantastic product, practical, tasty and with excellent nutritional value. It's worth noting that it contains different cereals (not just oats) as well as different sources of protein. Digestion is good and it makes recovery and daily protein intake much easier. I often mix normal oats into the dose to increase the carbohydrate value.
