It came as a gift and the tablet is small and easy to take, it can be swallowed even without water. Particularly I have not noticed anything as I have no thyroid problems or similar, but I imagine that as a substitute for iodized salt will be fine since the diet is generally very poor in iodine.

Me vino como regalo y la pastilla es pequeña y fácil de tomar, se puede tragar incluso sin agua. Particularmente yo no he notado nada al no tener problemas tiroideos ni similares, pero me imagino que como sustituto a la sal yodada estará bien ya que la dieta generalmente es muy pobre en yodo.

The feeling

I have hypothyroidism which is being treated and taking diode every 2 to 3 days does no harm, as I have no dietary source of diode. I took it once and felt more energetic.
