Excellent product
It has folic acid and vitamin B12 in high doses and in their active forms, ready to be absorbed by the body. I take 2 twice a week. For those who are vegan I recommend taking it every day.

Very good value for money product
I have been taking b12 and folate for some time now. It seems to me that it covers the needs in a good way if you do not have a diet rich in animal products. For me the capsules are easy to swallow and have a perfect neutral taste.

A very interesting supplement for those women who are looking to get pregnant. I was looking for a product that had Methylfolate and this one does. I have to say, I have of course consulted as my doctor before starting to take it.
