Effective and easy to take
These chewable melatonin tablets are super convenient and have a pleasant taste to take before going to bed. They help me fall asleep quickly and get a better night's rest. The bottle could be more efficient, because I find it's too big for what the tablets take up. It could be made smaller, making it more portable for when you travel.

Before, I used to take free melatonin and it made me sweat and kept me awake at dawn. This one, being sequential, does not produce those effects.

Perfect for sleeping
We have been taking it at home for some time along with the gummy melatonin, one to initiate sleep and the other to prolong it. The pills have a strawberry candy flavor. I had tried other melatonin and they were not as effective as this one.
Hace tiempo que la tomamos en casa junto con la melatonina de gominolas, es para iniciar el sueño y la otra para prolongarlo. Las pastillas tienen un sabor a caramelo de fresa. Había probado otras melatonina y no eran tan efectiva como esta.

It doesn't work miracles but it helps
I've been taking it for quite some time (I ordered the 3rd jar) and although it doesn't work miracles because when I have a lot of stress I still wake up, but I see that there are fewer days than when I didn't take it, so I still think it's a good supplement. And on top of that, they are easy to take because they are delicious.
Llevo tomándolo bastante tiempo (he pedido el 3º bote) y aunque milagros no hace porque cuando tengo mucho estrés me sigo despertando, pero veo que son menos días que cuando no lo tomaba, así que me sigue pareciendo una buen suplemento. Y encima son fácil de tomar porque están ricas.
