Good taste and very effective

I am working shifts, often having to sleep during the day and the melatonin is helping me a lot in this process to fall asleep. I have tried other melatonins and I think these sequential melatonins are more effective in maintaining sleep throughout the night. In my case, as I don't like the taste at all, I have no problem swallowing them with a little water I don't find it an excessively large pill to do so.
