It works
Good product at a good price and it arrived super fast less than 48 hours. It works for me. In 30 minutes I start to feel sleepy and rest better than with melatonins from other more expensive brands and without nighttime awakenings or hangover. I will buy it again for sure.

Not what I expected...
Although it is true that it does induce sleep faster than if you did not take anything, I still wake up at night and it leaves a feeling of drowsiness the next day. A pity because I had higher expectations with this product.

The truth is that it is a very pleasant product to take, since it tastes like strawberry and cream when I take it and I fall asleep quickly, but it is true that I get up and since it is an extended release product, I feel a little sleepy during the day.

Very effective
I was quite surprised. What I like most is that it helps me fall asleep quickly, but I also notice that I stay asleep during the night, without waking up as many times as before. I find the chewable format convenient and it tastes good. It doesn't leave me groggy the next day.

Good product to go to sleep if, like me, you are one of those who take hours and hours and the fact that it is like a candy makes it very comfortable to take. The only downside I would put is that you notice how the effect of melatonin is more progressive and does not give you that sleep hit that leaves you K.O. as happens with other melatonins.
Buen producto para irte a dormir si, como yo, eres de las que tardan horas y horas y el que sea como un caramelo hace que sean muy cómodas de tomar. La única pega que le pondría es que se nota como el efecto de la melatonina es más progresivo y no te da ese 'golpe' de sueño que te deja K.O. como sucede con el resto de melatoninas.
