Very effective by taking 2

Taking one tablet I felt it, but in my case the ideal dose is to take 2, it is very effective and especially when waking up in the early morning it is easier to fall asleep.

Great taste

The taste of these tablets is fantastic. It tastes just like the famous strawberry and cream candies. So far I have taken them two days and I have rested very well. I will continue taking them to make a final evaluation when they run out.

Good product at a good price. I had taken other brands and did not notice any effect. With these at least I notice its effect, without being a dormidine or similar medicine. The taste is very good.

Unbeatable value for money

Melatonin of very good quality for the price it has. Normally melatonin has to be taken at least 15 days in a row to see the effect not only on sleep, but also on energy. With this melatonin I have noticed this change after 8 days. I know there are more factors but I see that it is a quality melatonin and at a very good price.

Melatonina de muy buena calidad para el precio que tiene. Normalmente la melatonina se tiene que tomar 15 días seguidos mínimo para ver el efecto no tan solo en el sueño, sino en la energía. Con ésta melatonina he notado este cambio a los 8 días. Sé que hay más factores pero veo que es una melatonina de calidad y a muy buen precio.

I love it, I was a little skeptical, because I had tried better known brands and they had not worked. However, this one is great, I sleep the whole night and I notice the effects a lot.
