Excellent

It's the only melatonin I've taken, but it's awesome. I usually have no trouble sleeping, but I take it on those days when maybe I've been glued to the screen studying or days when the training has been quite late and you have a high level of alertness. It helps a lot, you stay dry in a very short time, and as it says it is sequential release, which in my opinion is the best, because if you are one of those who goes to the bathroom once a night and you find it hard to get back to sleep, I'm sure it's for you. I do not know how it will go with people who have severe sleeping problems, but I am convinced that having good habits (remove blue light, sport etc) it is a great ally. I am very happy with this gift from HSN, which I will certainly repeat with the large format when I run out.

Es la unica melatonina que he tomado, pero es una pasada. Por lo general no tengo probelmas para dormir, pero me la tomo esos dias en los que a lo mejor he estado pegado a la pantalla estudiando o dias en los que el entreno ha sido bastante tarde y esta uno con el nivel de alerta alto. Ayuda mucho, te quedas en muy poco tiempo seco, y como bien dice es de liberación secuencial, que a mi parecer es lo mejor, porque si eres de los que va al baño una vez por la noche y te cuesta retomar el sueño, estoy seguro que es para ti. Desconozco como irá con gente que tenga severos problemas para dormir, pero estoy convencido que teniendo bueno hábitos (quitar luz azul, deporte etc) es un gran aliado. Muy contento con este regalo de HSN, que sin duda repetiré con el formato grande cuando se me acabe.

The product is fine, I would say better than regular melatonin. But I prefer the traditional tablet format.

Appears to be effective

I have been trying it for a few days. I used to wake up relatively easily and was unable to fall asleep again, so sometimes I slept 4 or 5 hours. I have tried it for 1 week and it is true that I still wake up the same way, but it makes it easier for me to fall asleep and I wake up a little more rested.

LLevo unos dias probandola. Yo me desvelaba con relativa facilidad y era incapaz de conciliar el sueño de nuevo, con lo que a veces dormia 4 o 5 horas. La he probado durante 1 semana y es verdad que me sigo despertando igual, pero si me facilita el conciliar el sueño y me levanto algo mas descansado.
