Good but weak

My general feeling is that it is mild, I don't notice much of the effects. The strawberry flavor chewable format is convenient and quite good. If you want a gentle help to go to sleep, I do recommend it. If your sleep problems are more serious, I would look for a more powerful alternative. Still, I recommend it.

Mi sensación general es de que es suave, no noto mucho los efectos. El formato masticable sabor fresa es cómodo y está bastante bueno. Si quieres una ayuda suavecita para ir a dormir sí lo recomiendo. Si tus problemas de sueño son más serios, buscaría una alternativa más potente. Aun así, la recomiendo.

Personally I find the normal 1.9mg ones better, I bought these because I didn't have the normal ones in stock and I didn't notice any difference, they have a better effect, the normal ones work great for me.

It certainly works and tastes good. They are chewable tablets that dissolve in the mouth little by little.

Inexpensive and effective, what more could you ask for?

I have tried different melatonins on the market and this is undoubtedly the best. Cheap, good taste and effective, I fall asleep right away. I have trouble sleeping or very light sleep and I notice that I sleep a little better with this melatonin, nothing is miraculous but it helps.

He probado diferentes melatoninas del mercado y esta es sin duda la mejor. Barata, buen sabor y efectiva, me duermo en seguida. Tengo problemas para dormir o el sueño muy ligero y noto que duermo algo mejor con esta melatonina, nada es milagroso pero ayuda.

I have trouble falling asleep and I've noticed that it's improved a little with the sequential release melatonin. I hope it will help even more over time.

Great

They do not give you the kick that normal melatonin gives you but they last longer during the night. Good format and taste. This is my favorite melatonin option.
