One of the best I've tried, easy to take because it looks like a strawberry candy, comfortable when you go on a trip, I do not wake up during the night, unlike other types of pills and I wake up rested, I totally recommend it.

I was taking the usual melatonin but it was not effective, however with the sequential release melatonin I slept 8 hours and the taste is great.

One of the best!!!
I have been taking melatonin since 2017 and it is definitely one of the best I have ever tried. It really helps to have a more continuous sleep and not wake up during the night (and not go back to sleep), which was a recurring problem for me. Since using it, I have felt a huge positive difference! Highly recommended and will buy again!
