In my case, much more effective than the one with immediate effect.

I am really amazed with this melatonia. I had tried other brands, and from HSN the one with immediate effect, but in the end, after 3 hours I woke up... and that was it. I have been taking this melatonin for two weeks now, together with tryptophan, and it has been a long time since I slept so well! Delighted!

Estoy realmente maravillada con esta melatonia. Había probado otras marcas, y de HSN la de efecto inmediato, pero al final , a las 3 horas me despertaba... y se acabó. Llevo dos semanas tomando ésta melatonina, junto con el triptófano, y hacía mucho mucho tiempo que no dormía tan bien! Encantada!!

The most effective of all the ones I have tried

It works from day one. My partner is going through typical perimenopausal hot flashes and was waking up many times at night. She had tried others, which helped her fall asleep initially, but she would wake up in the middle of the night. With this one she gets long lasting sleep and rests much better.
