It is quite tasty, although with the glass and the mixing ball it does not dissolve completely well and there are big lumps very sweet, I imagine they are from the sweetener it contains. As for the effectiveness, it is difficult to determine since I am taking other things but in general I do see an improvement in hair, nails and skin (always accompanied by healthy eating, of course).
Está bastante rico, aunque con el vaso y la bola mezcladora no se acaba de disolver del todo bien y quedan grumos grandes muy dulzones, imagino que serán del edulcorante que lleva. En cuanto a la efectividad, es difícil de determinar ya que estoy tomando otras cosas pero en general sí que veo una mejora en el pelo, las uñas y la piel (siempre acompañado de alimentación saludable, claro).

Llevo años tomando colágenos y gelatinas, con resultados claramente visibles, así que seguiré con este que además está diseñado específicamente para la ‘Beauty’
La pega es el envase, ya lo he puesto varias veces: esas bolsas con cierre zip son incómodas, difíciles de manejar sin que se vuele el polvo
Lo recomiendo, HSN es como un GPS: siempre saben lo que el cliente busca y ahí te lo ofrecen
