Very good product

I have been taking this supplement for some time and I think it does me a lot of good. Its effects are not immediate, but in the long run I notice an improvement in skin, nails and hair and I hope that it is also noticeable in the joints, i.e. cartilage. Its taste is pleasant and easy to take.

Good taste
