Good alternative

It was a gift when buying kefir. I prefer natural yogurt but it is not a bad idea to have this one in the pantry for a change and to add to vegetable drinks, smoothies, cakes or any related preparation.

Iba de regalo al comprar Kéfir. Prefiero el yogur natural pero no está de más tener éste en la despensa por variar y para añadir a bebidas vegetales, batidos, bizcochos o cualquier preparación afín.

Very versatile to make varieties of yogurts playing with the texture.

I am a yogurt addict and I have several every day so, since I saw that there was this possibility of having it in powder, I did not take a second to throw it into the bag because it is tremendously versatile. I still drink yogurt as "real" yogurt, but I use this powder to vary the texture of what I prepare and so I can make it more liquid, almost like milk, thicker, like a mousse? Besides, you can mix it with cocoa, instant coffee.... A real discovery!

Soy un adicto al yogur y caen varios cada día así que, desde que vi que existía esta posibilidad de tenerlo en polvo, no tardé ni un segundo en echarlo a la saca porque es tremendamente polivalente. El yogur lo sigo tomando como yogur "real", pero este en polvo lo uso para variar la textura de lo que preparo y así puedo hacérmelo más líquido, casi como leche, más espeso, como una mousse... Además, puedes mezclarlo con cacao, café soluble... Todo un descubrimiento!!!
