The packaging is opaque, the capsules come in perfect condition and the composition is quite good as it has iron in ferrous bisglycinate format which usually gives little gastrointestinal discomfort, has vitamin C to increase iron absorption, folic acid in the form of methylfolate (active form) and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, that is, ideal for preventing anemia.
