I take it as a depurative and as a vitamin and mineral supplement. You have to be careful when handling the packages, because it comes out powdered and tinges green. Chlorella dissolves well, but not spirulina, which tends to make lumps.
La tomo como depurativas y como complemento vitamínico mineral. Hay que tener cuidado al manipular los paquetes, porque sale polvo y tizna de verde. La chlorella se disuelve bien, pero no así la espirulina, que tiende a hacer grumos.

A good supplement but poorly packaged.
The consumption of these two seaweed supplements are very favorable for an iron health. However, the bags where they are packaged are very small, and when you put the ladle you can not avoid staining your hands with the product, which we could say dirty and sticks very easily. In my case I pour it directly by eye from the bag to the glass, without the ladle it is a nuisance.
El consumo de estos dos suplementos de algas son muy favorables para tener una salud de hierro. Sin embargo, las bolsas donde van empaquetadas son muy pequeñas, y al meter el cazo no puedes evitar mancharte bastante las manos con el producto, el cual podriamos decir ensucia y se pega muy fácilmente. Yo en mi caso lo echo directamente a ojo desde la bolsa al vaso, sin el cazo pues es un incordio.

Good product
The only thing I didn't like is the sachet format, when I opened it a lot of product fell out, it doesn't close well. I buy other powder products and they are wonderful... the grey sachets are great but these white ones don't close. With this packaging I will not buy them again.
Lo único que no me ha gustado es el formato en sobre, al abrirlo se me ha caído bastante producto, no cierra bien el envase. Compro otros productos en polvo y de maravilla... los sobres grises genial pero estos blancos no cierran. Con este envase no vuelvo a comprarlos.
