The product I think it works quite well, I'm trying it because I follow keto diet and when I can't follow my diet I take the carb blocker before and so far I think it is controlling the glucose spikes well.

Good

I started taking them because there were times when we would go out to eat and then I would come back with a terrible stomach. The truth is that since I've been taking them, I notice that heavy meals feel better and I don't feel that heaviness that made me feel bad during the day. Although you have to take 3 capsules at once, they are easy to swallow and so far effective.

Las empecé a tomar porque había veces que salíamos a comer fuera y luego volvía con el estómago fatal. La verdad es que desde que las tomo se nota que las comidas pesadas me sientan mejor y no siento esa pesadez que me hacían sentirme mal durante el día. Aunque haya que tomar 3 cápsulas de golpe, son fáciles de tragar y de momento efectivas.
