I took it this Christmas and I noticed quite a few results, I will continue to rely on this product for those days that we spend, I am in definition and I do not lack, the price if I see it a little high although with difference to other products is not expensive but it would be better cheaper for not missing in the diet of definidon.

La tome estas navidad y note bastantes resultado , seguire confiando en este producto los fines y esos dias que nos pasamos , estoy en definicion y no me falta , el precio si lo veo un poco elevado aunque con diferencia a otros productos no es caro pero sería mejor mas barato para que no faltara en las dieta de definidon

Delivers what it promises

They launched this novelty before the Christmas season, I said well, why not try, see how it goes, test it with the caloric bombs of those dates was the acid test, and I was not wrong, I ate everything I wanted, nougat, polvorón, panetone, even a cake because I have a birthday on those dates, I can swear that I ended up cloying of so much sweet, and arriving on January 7 with roscón de reyes included I had only gained 700 grams! I must also say that I do intermittent fasting and maybe that helps, I also consume draining of this same brand, but still, I had never eaten so much and gained so little, I will continue to consume to maintain weight and treat myself, if anyone doubts whether it has any difference with the normal chitosan or whatever, I can say that this is effective and even better, buy it!!!

Lanzaron esta novedad antes de la época navideña, dije bueno, por que no probar, a ver que tal va, ponerlo a prueba con las bombas calóricas de esas fechas era la prueba de fuego, y no me equivoqué, comí todo lo que quise, turrón, polvorón, panetone, incluso una tarta porque cumplo años en esas fechas, puedo jurar que terminé empalagada de tanto dulce, y llegando el 7 de enero con roscón de reyes incluido solo había subido 700 gramos! que además ya he bajado ,flipante!! cumple lo que promete totalmente! también debo decir que hago ayuno intermitente y quizás eso ayuda, también consumo drenantes de esta misma marca,pero aun así, nunca había comido tanto y subido tan poco ,lo seguiré consumiendo para mantener peso y darme algún capricho, si alguien duda de si tiene alguna diferencia con el chitosan normal o lo que sea, puedo decir que este es efectivo e incluso mejor, compradlo!!
