I only use it on a day-to-day basis. I bought the 120-caps pack because I share it with my wife. It's very complete and after just a few doses I feel more vital. I recommend it as a level replenisher at least twice a year. The fact that it is suitable for vegetarians is an added value that made me choose this product. It came with a label with all the instructions in Portuguese.
Uso para o dia-a-dia apenas. Comprei a embalagem de 120 caps. pois divido com a minha mulher. É muito completo e após poucas tomas sinto-me com mais vitalidade. Recomendo como repositor de níveis pelo menos duas vezes por ano. O ser apto para vegetarianos constitui uma mais valia que me fez optar por este produto. Veio com um rótulo com todas as indicações em português de Portugal.
