I've been doing a lot of training and before taking this multivitamin one thing I felt was a lack of energy, especially after mid-afternoon and into the evening. I started taking this multivitamin about two weeks ago and, coincidence or not, I no longer feel such a lack of energy.
Tenho feito um grande volume do treino e antes de tomar este multivitaminico uma coisa que sentia era alguma falta de energia, principalmente após o meio da tarde e até à noite. Comecei a tomar este multivitaminico há cerca de 2 semanas mais ou menos e coincidência ou não mas já não sinto essa falta de energia tão acentuada.
