I am a regular consumer of the brand, I would like to get pregnant and my gynecologist recommended me to take folic acid and inositol (I was already taking it) so as I saw that I had everything I take every day (B12, D, zinc, C ...) I have removed the others. It has not given me any digestive problems, it has a slight fishy aftertaste and you have to take 4 a day, the rest is great but if it had inositol it would be perfect.
