From the first day you notice a plus of energy, either by the Beta-Alanine itself or by the combination of it with carbohydrates -AMYLOPECTIN (POTATO SULFUR)-. Even so, after a couple of hours this sensation ceases to be noticed, so in principle it should not worry us for post-workout activities.
Desde el primer día se nota un plus de energía, sea por la propia Beta-Alanina o por la combinación de la misma con carbohidratos -AMILOPECTINA (ALMIDÓN DE PATATA)-. Sí es cierto, que como dicen algunos estudios, durante el entreno se nota una ligera sensación de ardor en algunas partes del cuerpo, pero no es lo suficientemente molesto como para distraerte del mismo, incluso te motiva. Aún así, pasadas un par de horas deja de notarse esta sensación, por lo que en principio no debería de preocuparnos para las actividades post-entreno.

The highest quality beta-alanine. This product is one of my top performance supplements. It's amazing how the story changes with or without it. In my sport (cycling), it's amazing how much it can improve. One of the reasons I choose the tablet format is that it saves me the paresthesia as it is only a 1 gram dose.
