I have been taking it for almost 2 years and it is perfect. Very complete for vegans and vegetarians, perfect analysis. Then I added myo-inositol powder for 6 months, and 2 months after trying to get pregnant, we got pregnant. The only negative thing is that the smell is very intense and makes my nausea worse.

I take this multivitamin regularly (not specifically for pregnancy) and I feel good about it. The only downside is their smell, which makes taking them very unpleasant. I'd like to find a vegan multivitamin that doesn't have that smell.

Great option for vegan pregnant women

It's hard to find a pregnancy-specific vegan multivitamin that gets everything right, but this one does, and at a good price. It includes folic acid in its active form, B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, iodine and even DHA from algae. The only downside is that it tastes a lot like seaweed, and maybe it's a bit big for people who find it hard to swallow pills, but it's really worth it.

Es difícil encontrar un multivitamínico vegano específico para el embarazo que acierte con todo, pero este lo consigue, y a buen precio. Incluye ácido fólico en su forma activa, B12 en forma de metilcobalamina, yodo y hasta DHA procedente de algas. La única pega es que sabe mucho a algas, y que quizá es un pelín grande para gente a la que le cueste tragar pastillas, pero realmente vale la pena.
