Hello, this coconut flour is one of the best I've tried. It is not to give coconut flavor, but to use it as a flour or mixed with others in gluten-free baking. It gives a slightly sweet taste (I would not use it in a besamel, for example. I do keto and lowcarb diet very often and, although I do not usually make pastries, I do use it to add to yogurts or milk with chia and cinnamon that I drink almost every night. It is difficult to find unsweetened coconut in the usual stores and even more so at this price. I will continue to buy it for sure.
