The shaker is of good quality and completely reusable. The mixing ball is great to avoid lumps that could be generated when dissolving the protein. I regret having ordered the 400mL, which although it works, I think it would be more convenient the 500 or 600.

Good shaker. It fulfills its function of dissolving the protein without leaving lumps. The only downside I see is that, at least in mine, the nozzle closes too much forcing me many times to have to drink from a glass and not directly from the shaker.
