Very effective shaker, ideal size for one-shot shakes. It mixes very effectively without leaving lumps in a short space of time. I usually shake my Evoexcel 2.0 shakes for only about 20 seconds and I do not leave any lumps with this Shaker, both with water and milk. The closure is quite strong, minimizing the risk of opening during transport.
