Fantastic

I didn't want to give my opinion until I saw the effects. I had to wait 2 months for it to take effect, but the wait was worth it. My hot flashes have disappeared, I sleep much better. I am delighted.

No he querido opinar hasta ver los efectos. He tenido que esperar 2 meses para que me haga efecto, pero la espera ha valido la pena. Me han desaparecido los sofocos, duermo mucho mejor. Estoy encantada.

Excellent complement

In my early menopause, I just started with hot flashes, mood swings, sleep and its corresponding drop in libido, I have noticed a significant reduction in these symptoms so annoying. Totally recommended.

Works for me

I have been using it for three months now and it has worked for me, it has calmed my hot flashes a lot, I combine it with ashwandha to lower my stress level.

It remains to be seen

I just started with both hot flashes and this supplement, I combine it at meals with omega 3 and at night with magnesium. I have been taking it for less than a month and I have the same symptoms. I'm going to keep trying it and see how it goes in the longer term.

Acabo de empezar tanto con los sofocos como con este suplemento, lo combino en las comidas con omega 3 y por la noche con magnesio. Llevo menos de un mes y tengo los mismos síntomas. Voy a seguir probando a ver que tal me va a más largo plazo.

Funciona muy bien y es asequible de precio. Harta de probar otros caros con marcas comerciales con mucha publicidad, que me hacían sentirme mal. No sienta bien, fácil de tomar, al ser cápsulas y no demasiado grandes.
