Mild adaptogen ideal for daily stress.

I am using Holy Basil extract as a support in times of stress and mild anxiety. It is a natural adaptogen that brings calm without sedation. The format is convenient, with good concentration (10:1), and I have noticed greater mental clarity and less emotional fatigue. Very good product for balancing body and mind.
