Custard flavor. Good product that fulfills its function. I found it hard to make at first but as you take a few it is prepared in a better way and is tasty.

I use it on days when I'm going to do long runs, or a competitive race, it works very well, I buy the unflavored one and add flavored protein, it's a good and quick option.
