I love it
I use it in protein shakes, to give it an extra contribution. As it is unflavored it does not affect the taste of the protein, it only thickens it more. It dissolves well in the shaker. I am very happy with it.

Fast and easy consumption
It can be used to prepare breakfasts or snacks quickly. Also for pre-workouts as it is easily digested. It has no flavor but can be accompanied with cocoa or cinnamon. At first I did not like the texture but I ended up getting used to it and adding the right amount of water. I would buy the large format as it is a product that I consume quickly.

No tiene sabor pero se puede acompañar de cacao o canela. Al principio no me gustaba la textura pero terminé acostumbrándome y a echarle la cantidad de agua adecuada. Compraría el formato grande ya que es un producto que consumo rápido.
