I had to try it several times to get the texture and flavor right (unflavored rice cream). With cold or hot water it gets a bit lumpy and I had to add something to it to be able to eat it. After experimenting with hot oat drink, I got the recipe just right, it doesn't even need an accompaniment to give it flavor. The ratio of 160ml to 30g is just right.
