I am celiac and had been a couple of years with gluten-free oatmeal powder for breakfast and I just switched to cream of rice, in my case cookie flavor, and I can only say that I am very happy with the change and is very good. Gluten-free oats are expensive and hard to find, and for celiacs, even if it is gluten-free, digestion is a little heavy, especially if there is a lot of quantity.
Soy celíaco y llevaba un par de años con la avena sin gluten en polvo para desayunar y me acabo de pasar a la crema de arroz, en mi caso sabor galleta, y solo puedo decir que estoy muy contento con el cambio y está buenísima. La avena sin gluten es cara y difícil de encontrar, y para los celíacos, aunque sea sin gluten, la digestión es un poco pesada, sobretodo si hay mucha cantidad.

Versatile and simple
I tried the neutral flavor and it is very good to combine it with whatever you like. It can be taken cold or heated. It is very easy and quick to prepare. It is perfect to have a dose of instant energy before training. The zip bag format is a little uncomfortable to dispense and close, but otherwise it is recommended. Perhaps it is a bit expensive for rice.
Probé el sabor neutro y está muy bien para combinarlo con lo que más te guste. Se puede tomar en frío o calentarlo. Se prepara muy fácil y rápido. Es perfecto para tener una dosis de energía instantánea para antes de entrenar. El formato bolsa zip es algo incómodo para dispensar y cerrar, pero por lo demás es recomendable. Quizá es algo caro para ser arroz.
