I used to take normal vitamin C and I had to take two or three doses a day because I read that it is eliminated in 4 hours as it is water soluble and also without mixing it with carbohydrates.... now that it is liposomal I will take one dose a day.
Tomaba vitamina C normal y tenía que hacer dos o tres tomas al día porque leí que en 4h se elimina al ser hidrosoluble y además sin mezclar con hidratos de carbono....ahora al ser liposomada voy ha hacer 1 toma al día.
