I take them for seasonal changes and they help me not to get sick or recover, they won't work miracles but you can notice the effect quite quickly.

Since I started taking it, my colds and flu are over, and there are days when I still forget about it, but I don't think it's a coincidence because since I started taking it, it's been over because I had a horrible winter of colds and flus.

A must!

It is definitely one of my supplements that I never miss, since I take it I never get sick, and I used to fall at least 3 times a year. The capsules are small and easy to take.
